You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days from the delivery date.

Eligible When you can return/exchange

Manufacturing defect or item arrived damaged.
You received a different item than what you ordered.
Item is unused, in original condition, with accessories and packaging (if applicable).

How it works Return steps

Contact support and share your order number + reason (and photos if needed).
We will confirm the next steps and arrange return/pickup.
After inspection, we exchange the item or refund you.
Refunds usually take 5–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees: If the issue is our mistake (wrong/damaged/defective), EgyBazar covers shipping. Otherwise, the customer covers shipping.
